Shipping & Returns

Lead Time
Most components parts are in stock and allow us to assemble and ship most orders within 7 to 10 business days!  The day your order ships, you will receive a shipment notice email from us that will contain the carrier and tracking numbers.  We ship from Florence, Alabama, so most orders will be received within 2 to 3 days of shipment, except to the west coast or New England, when typical transit time may be extended to 5 or 6 days. 

Shipping Method 
Our prices include standard UPS ground delivery service and we can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States! We ship most orders by UPS and, therefore, need a street address (not just a P.O. Box, please!)  Larger orders may be shipped by a LTL common carrier, but remember, there is no additional charge for shipping!

Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal!  You may return most new item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You may also phone or email us about any item that needs to be returned.

If you are expecting a refund for a return, it will normally be issued within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
